Terms

Last updated 8 September 2026

These are the terms between you and Ubee ("we", "us") for using Post Once. They are written to be read. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Post Once does

Post Once lets you add a photo, a video or a link, get captions written for you, and publish to the Facebook Page and Instagram account you connect. TikTok is coming soon and cannot be connected yet. We post on your behalf, to your accounts, only when you press Post now or Schedule. We never post anything you have not approved.

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are run by other companies with their own rules. A post can be refused or removed by them, and their services can be unavailable. When a post fails, we tell you in plain English and, where it is safe to do so, let you try again. We cannot guarantee that every post will be accepted.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the business you set up.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You may only connect social accounts you own or have permission to post to. Disconnect them from Accounts at any time.
  • Give us accurate information about yourself and your business, and keep it up to date.

Free trial and plans

New accounts get 14 days free with no card required. After that, posting needs an active plan:

  • Solo: R299 a month, for one business and up to 30 posts a month.
  • Multi: R999 a month, for up to 5 businesses, each with up to 60 posts a month.
  • Onboarding: an optional once-off R1,500, where we set up your accounts and make your first post with you.

All prices are in South African rand. A post counts once, however many networks it goes to. Unused posts do not roll over. If we change prices we will tell you at least 30 days before your next payment.

Payment

Payments are taken by PayFast, a South African payment provider. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. We never see or store your card number. If a payment fails, your plan shows as needing attention and posting pauses until it is sorted out; your drafts and history are kept.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part-used months or years, except where South African consumer law says we must. The onboarding fee is not refundable once the onboarding session has taken place.

You can ask for a full copy of your data at any time, and you can delete your business as described in our Privacy page.

Your content

Your photos, videos, sentences and captions stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to send them to the networks you choose, so that we can do what you asked. You are responsible for having the right to use what you post, including photos of people and other people’s work.

Acceptable use

Do not use Post Once to:

  • post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • send spam or bulk unsolicited content;
  • break Facebook’s, Instagram’s or TikTok’s own rules;
  • connect accounts you are not allowed to use;
  • interfere with the service, probe its security, or copy it.

If you do, we can suspend or close your account. Where we can, we will warn you first.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Post Once available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will never be down. We may add, change or remove features. If we withdraw a feature you rely on, or close the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a copy of your data.

Liability

To the extent South African law allows, we are not liable for loss of business, profit or reputation arising from a post that was delayed, refused or removed by a network, or from anything you published. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the Consumer Protection Act gives you.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If we have a disagreement, we will try to sort it out by talking first. Failing that, the courts of KwaZulu-Natal have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
